We are looking for energetic, self starters and motivated Administration Assistant and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. It is data entry position where you would have lots of role to grow income and careers. We will provide you full support, training and resources you need to get the job done.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 • Analyze user requirements for reports, forms, queries, and data extraction
• Import and/or export data between different kinds of software
• Manipulate large data sets using advanced Excel techniques
• Tracking, managing, and validating data across systems
• Maintain data integrity on an ongoing basis
• Perform other duties as required

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 • Ability to multi-task
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly efficient and accurate work habits
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Superior organization and prioritization of tasks
• Experience in an administrative or data entry position
