 • Maintain filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
• Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
• Answer and screen incoming phone calls
• Perform other duties as needed
• Do data entry as required


 • High school diploma
• Excellent team working skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking
• At least 1+ years experience in an similar role
• Exceptional communication skills as well as phone
• Strong computer knowledge (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
